Pierre Jacquelin

Born in 1944, Pierre Jacquelin is a French artist who works with pastels and oils. These delicate works of art are exceptionally detailed, revealing everything from the texture and shine of the porcelain, to the softness of freshly cut flowers.

Pierre honed his eye for detail studying etching and engraving at the Ecole Boulle in Paris, and later worked as a jewelry designer at the Atelier Langlois before he turned his attention to pastel and oil painting.

The artist has had numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout Europe and the United States.
